The Counselling Seminar for the staff of Divisional Secretariat North was held at the Vavuniya North Divisional Secretariat premises on 25th of septemper 2018. Dr. Sudhakaran, a consultant for Vavuniya General Hospital and a counselor for the Department of Cultural Affairs gave a lecture on the development of mental health. All the officers including the Divisional Secretary were present.
